Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
